Downrange Daddy is eager to share his knowledge in transferring marksmanship knowledge and developing marksmanship skills to pre-qualified instructors. This course is going to be a training and selection process. Techniques in both adult and child learning theories will be discussed and put into practice. However, since this is a selection process, not everyone who takes this course will be given the instructor patch and certificate. Those who pass both the qualification and written examination are going to be part of Downrange Daddy’s Instructor Cadre and will be assisted in the setting up of their own Marksmanship Schools. Those who do not qualify yet will still gain valuable marksmanship and technical skills as the training hours will surely develop them into better marksmen.
